Overview
The brief
A property listing site with an unusually specific constraint: it must not be a marketplace. No brokerage, no legal verification, no deposits, no transaction confirmation. Individuals post what they own, people looking find them, and the two talk directly.
The approach
A small Next.js app on MongoDB with exactly the surface that promise allows: post a listing, search, manage your own listings, report a listing, and an account. Nothing that touches money or mediates a deal.
The constraint is written into the product, not just the terms: there is a /vai-tro page stating plainly what the platform does and does not do. That text is a commitment to users and the same text that has to go into the operating rules when registering the site.
The harder parts
Scope discipline again — every obvious next feature (deposits, verified listings, agent accounts) would quietly turn the site into the thing it promised not to be, and each one has to be declined for a reason the team can repeat.
